Oaty blueberry muffins


I sometimes struggle with breakfast and am always indecisive on what to have so it’s ideal for me to have something ready that I can just grab when I’m hungry! They can also be enjoyed as a snack or dessert.
The muffins are deliberately not too sweet but you can add more syrup if you have a sweeter tooth!

Makes 9 muffins

30 minutes

180g gluten free plain flour blend (I used Free From Fairy flour)
4 tbsps. gluten free oats
2 tsps. baking powder
80g dairy free butter
3 tsps. apple sauce
4 tsps. agave syrup
150ml dairy free milk
Handful of blueberries

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C and grease a muffin tin.

Mix all the dry ingredients together. Then add the melted butter, apple sauce and agave syrup. Once all the ingredients are starting to come together, add the milk and mix well.

Easy to make, oaty and blueberry muffins - ready for the oven!

Spoon into the tin, top with some additional blueberries and pop in the oven for 20 minutes until cooked through.

Serve with yoghurt, berries or an extra drizzle of agave syrup and enjoy!
