Low FODMAP courgetti 


I have seen this craze so much over the past wee while so I gave in and tried it myself! And I’m converted! It’s SO quick, so yummy and surprisingly filling! It can be made in a whole heap of ways but here’s my easy recipe for a delicious courgetti meal which serves 2.


5 minutes!!


2 courgettes (spiralised)

8 cherry tomatoes

Handful of frozen prawns

4 spring onions (green parts only)

1/2 avocado

1 tbsp garlic-infused oil

Pinch of paprika

Salt & pepper


Chop up the spring onions and add to a heated pan with the garlic oil. Once the onions have started gently frying, add the cherry tomatoes.

When the cherry tomatoes start to soften, add the courgetti, paprika, salt and pepper to taste, prawns and the avocado and mix thoroughly. The courgetti only takes a minute or two to cook through!

Sprinkle with some parmesan and black pepper!
