Gluten free & vegan krispie squares

I feel a bit cheeky even calling this a recipe as it is probably one of the simplest things I’ve ever made but that’s also the charm of it!

For this recipe, I used Freedom Mallows which are vegan, gluten free, have no nasties in them at all and are delicious!! (Find them here!)

This makes 12 medium sized chunks.

Time

10 minutes

Ingredients

1 pack of vanilla marshmallows and 1 pack of strawberry marshmallows

150g gluten free rice krispies

50g vegan (dairy-free) butter

Method

Melt the butter in a saucepan then add the mallows. Once the mallows start to melt and mix with the butter, add the rice krispies and mix well.

Pop into a baking tray and squash down into the corners. Top with mini marshmallows and leave to cool.

Once cool, slice into desired size and enjoy!
