Chocolate berry bliss balls – Vegan and gluten free

I don’t have too much of a sweet tooth so rarely crave something sweet however, when I do, I never tend to have anything in the house I can have! These bliss balls are great for these situations as they are sweet but healthy and keep for ages! You can mix up the recipe and use pretty much whatever you fancy but this is my version! 🙂

Ingredients

300g pitted dates

2 tsps. cacao nibs

2 tsps. milled linseed mix (the one I used contained sunflower, pumpkin, chia seeds and goji berries so you could just add these separately!)

2 tsps. aronia powder (not required if you can’t get your hands on this)

1/2 tsp agave syrup

1 tsp. chocolate spread (I used Sweet Freedom choc pot)

1 tbsp. water

Method

Simply add all of these ingredients to a food processor, mix until everything comes together then roll into balls. Leave in the fridge until cool and enjoy!
